We are Experts in Manufacturing:
>
Single side PCB:
Single Sided PCB is the simplest printed circuit board, only have one layer of conductive material and are best suited for low density designs,Holes in the board are usually not plated through..
Double side PCB:
Double Sided PCB, Copper is applied to both sides of the substrate. In lower cost electronic gadgets the PCB may have copper on only one side. also name 2 Layer PCB or double layer pcb .
Basic Specification of Double side PCB we undertake |
Copper Thickness Up to 100Z |
Board Thickness 0.5mm - 3.2mm |
Max Lenght 1M . |

Min hole size: 0.5mm |
MetalCore PCB:
A Metal Core Printed Circuit Board (MCPCB), or a thermal PCB, is a type of PCB that has a metal material as its base for the heat spreader portion of the board. The purpose of the core of an MCPCB is to redirect heat away from critical board components and to less crucial areas such as the metal heatsink backing or metallic core. Base metals in the MCPCB are used as an alternative to FR4 or CEM3 boards.
Multilayer PCB:
Multilayer PCB is a circuit board that has more than two layers.
Unlike a Double-Sided PCB which only has two conductive layers of material, all multilayer PCBs must have at least three layers of conductive material which are buried in the center of the material.
Flexible PCB:
Flexible electronics, also known as flex circuits, is a technology for assembling electronic circuits by mounting electronic devices on flexible plastic substrates, such as polyimide, PEEK or transparent conductive polyester[1] film. Additionally, flex circuits can be screen printed silver circuits on polyester. Flexible electronic assemblies may be manufactured using identical components used for rigid printed circuit boards, allowing the board to conform to a desired shape, or to flex during its use. An alternative approach to flexible electronics suggests various etching techniques to thin down the traditional silicon substrate to few tens of micrometers to gain reasonable flexibility, referred to as flexible silicon (~ 5 mm bending radius).
Prototype PCB:
The reason for ordering a PCB prototype, it's because is that you want to quickly assess how well your PCB design is going to work. You cannot do that without going through the assembly process. Fortunately, PCBCart can do your PCB prototype assembly in-house, so you can find out quickly just how well your assembled PCB prototype works.
There's no need to fabricate it here and then search for a specialist in prototype PCB assembly. That would take too long and defeat the purpose of making a PCB prototype in the first place. Work with PCBCart, and let us do it all for you - fast.
